A lot goes into finding the perfect candidates for your Company. Our Team is skilled when it comes to assessing your needs and making a match. Learn more about our thorough process for providing quality recruits and outstanding retention rates.
Our experienced Recruiters and Account Managers meet with the appropriate operating managers and human resource professionals to review specific needs. We tour the workplace and go through a detailed list of questions to identify the type of employee that would thrive in the position. We also meet with current employees asking them similar questions and listen to phone calls a new employee would receive to give us full insight into a typical day.
This way we understand:
• The culture and work environment at your Company
• The work history requirements of a successful Associate
• The characteristics of a successful Associate
• The Associate's career opportunities at your Company
InnoSource develops specific questions to screen candidates on characteristics required to succeed on the job. We don't use standard questionnaires – candidates are reviewed for the exact position they would fill.
In addition to the behavioral interviews, we also perform as needed InnoMarking, a series of assessments given to clients' top performing employees to identify personality characteristics that succeed in the environment.
InnoSource has access to specific customizable online assessment tools that simulate contact center environments and can also test for basic skills such as math or typing.
Following our in-depth recruiting and screening, InnoSource will present the most qualified candidates to the client, who will have an opportunity to interview the potential hires. When the client has made a decision, InnoSource's Account Manager will extend a contingent offer based on background and reference checks, drug screening, and credit checks.
The orientation is an opportunity to clearly communicate to the Associate all aspects of his or her employment along with position requirements, including benefit information and employment expectations. All Human Resource information is also gathered.
InnoSource establishes its Account Manager and Associate relationship that will continue throughout the entire InnoSource employment to monitor work performance and employee satisfaction.
Account Managers make regularly scheduled visits to the client site to help track performance and provide necessary feedback to counsel the employee, as well as handle any terminations and exit interviews until the employee is hired by the client.
