The InnoSource Recruiting and Retention
Team will work with your supervisors to develop a competency model for
recruitment. InnoMarking, or testing, will benchmark existing successful
employees to determine success criteria objectives for recruiting new
associates. These success criteria objectives will then be used by the
recruiters in their recruiting process. Our recruiters will source and
screen candidates to assure the hiring of qualified and motivated associates
for our clients.
Our Account Manager will coach associates with employment issues and work
with your supervisors and managers to instill good work ethic and develop
strong operational skills to add measurable productivity to your bottom
line. InnoSource will report to you quarterly regarding Candidate Sourcing
and Tracking, Selection Process, Retention, and Performance Standards.
